Never too thick, never too thin - 2.0 mm of copper plus a 0.5 mm tin lining combine to provide the optimum thickness for efficient heat conductivity and temperature consistency across the entire cooking surface.
Non-Stick Cooking Surface – Arguably the best metallic heat conductor other than silver tin linings provide the optimum heat transfer and a non-stick cooking surface far superior to stainless steel.
 Strength and Security - The solid copper rivets used to attach your handles provide strength and security while also enhancing the beauty of your cookware.
 Cast-Iron Handles – The solid cast iron handles have a lower heat transfer rate, will not quickly overheat like brass, and can withstand the highest of oven temperatures.
